My career has always revolved around the power of branding - whether it's guiding individuals through career coaching and training, showcasing top talent during recruitment campaigns, or crafting compelling job advertisements to elevate company profiles. I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to help people and businesses effectively position themselves in the market.
With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition across a range of industries including the executive search consultancy space, I have successfully managed recruitment campaigns ranging from entry level positions through to C-suite executives. This extensive experience gives me a unique understanding of what hiring managers and recruiters seek, and I know how to help individuals present themselves in the best possible light. Spending a solid 6 years in HR business partnering, I have also supported employers through every phase of the employer lifecycle.
My passion for empowering individuals in their career journey has led me to design and deliver a range of professional development training programs, psychometric assessments, career coaching sessions, and outplacement services.
More recently, I’ve expanded my creative endeavours by supporting small businesses through social media content creation and website design and development. By combining simple strategy and creativity, I help clients stand out and put their best foot forward in today’s competitive market.
